Why I became a REALTOR®
In 2003, I started my real estate career as an investor while working full time for a corporation. I bought a few rental properties and rented them out. As I am learning the real estate investing, I realized that I can share what I learned & help people buy and sell houses. In 2005, I quit my job, and got my real estate license. I started out selling to family & friends. I didn’t have a big network, but I slowly build up my network up & helped similar people buy their first home or investment property. My first few years were all buyers. Later in my career, I have more sellers because those buyers became sellers.
I have clients from Africa, Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia, & Middle East. I have a multi-cultural & a diverse client base. They seem to gravitate to me. I’m just sincere & authentic to the best that I can. I do care for them in a personal way because real estate is about relationships. Most people can sense that & appreciate it. Because of the strong relationships, my personal sphere grew from there. When my past clients call me to sell their home & buy another home, it is a satisfying feeling & rewarding to know you are their go-to realtor for life. That is the reason I keep selling real estate.
